The warranty period of equipment quality is 12 months after the factory. If a major problem occurs during the warranty period, the completion date is recalculated. During the warranty period, if any quality problem is found, we shall reply within 24 hours (subject to the fax date) after receiving the notice from the demander. If it is our responsibility, we shall be responsible for repair and replacement, and bear the costs arising therefrom. If the problem is caused by improper use of the demander, we will actively cooperate to solve the problem and the cost will be borne by the Demander. We have a lifetime tracking service for the equipment sold by our company.
