YBK Intelligent Prefabricated Substation

The YBK intelligent prefabricated substation is a key power conversion device in photovoltaic power generation systems, integrating components such as transformers, inverters, and protection devices. It mainly undertakes two core functions:

Electric energy conversion: Convert the direct current (DC) generated by photovoltaic modules into alternating current (AC), and then boost it to the voltage level required by the power grid (such as 10kV/35kV) through a transformer.

System protection: Through protection devices such as overcurrent, overvoltage and over-temperature, the safe operation of the power grid and photovoltaic equipment is ensured.

The YBK intelligent prefabricated substation  is mainly used for:

Distributed generation: Industrial and commercial rooftops, agricultural greenhouses, and fishery-photovoltaic complementary projects save land resources and reduce cable losses

Power supply in remote areas: Independent power supply systems for rural and mining areas without grid coverage, supporting energy storage integration

Urban infrastructure: Emergency power sources for transportation hubs, hospitals and schools, ensuring continuous power supply when the main power grid fails

Large-scale ground-mounted power stations: Mountainous and mining area power stations, with low-temperature resistance and sand-proof design, suitable for harsh environments
