CCX-8/K Reinforced Air Insulated Busway System is an improved product based on air-type busway. The conductor of the buswayr is made of electrolytic copper containing more than 99,95% copper. After processing, it is wrapped with insulating film at first and then covered with PVC pipe heat shrink treatment.
The copper bar is protected by double insulation and the insulation performance is greatly improved, The phase and the ground are separated by an insulating block. And then sealing in a grounded metal housing.
The side plate of the housing is made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plate with high strength, After processing and forming, it is electrostatic sprayed with good anti-corrosion performance. The cover plate and the side plate of housing are made of aluminum-magnesium alloy material with beautiful appearance.
